Personal vs Team plans
The Subscription Plans page has a Personal / Team toggle. Both Professional and Premium are priced per seat and support team invitations, shared workplaces, and transcript review—use Team billing when purchasing multiple seats together. Personal view is for a single practitioner checking out alone; Team view emphasizes multi-seat checkout. All plans show Monthly / Yearly; yearly typically saves roughly 2 months.
Check capacity before work is blocked
Open Subscription Plans to see your current tier, included features, seats, transcription hours, and usage meters (Professional includes 100 hours of transcription per month). The Free plan includes limited access to research tools; Professional is clinical-only; Premium adds unlimited transcription and the full research workspace (systematic reviews, interviews, statistics, and related tools). Team features such as invitations and shared workplaces are available on Professional and Premium when you purchase multiple seats.
Upgrade, change billing, or get help
Use the Upgrade button on the Plans page or in the top header to change tier or billing interval. For invoice details, VAT/tax IDs, enterprise agreements, refunds, or unusual account states (failed payment, frozen account, license disputes), contact support instead of trying to solve it through chat.
